A die-cut sticker is cut to the outline of the design, not squared off around it. That is the only cut style we sell.

The cut
Why the shape matters
A rectangular sticker reads as a rectangle first, then as your artwork. Die-cut removes the block entirely.
Cut as a square
The cut goes around a rectangle and the corners come with it.
Cut to your outline
The cut follows the shape you drew, into the corners and back out.
The artwork guidelines cover what file to send, including what to do without the original.
Small, Medium, Large, or no border at all. Every thickness and every color is included at no extra charge.

What we need from you
Transparent art, good resolution, and your size in inches.
The border can be any color
White is the default. Pick from 11 presets or any hex color.
Background and border are different
Background fills the art; the border sits outside it. Use either, both or neither.
One sticker per piece
Each piece is its own ready-to-peel sticker. Separate designs are separate order lines.
A cut path cannot follow a hair-thin spike or a one-pixel gap. Where detail is finer than the cut can hold, the path smooths it. Our artwork review flags this before printing.
No. We build the cut path from the outline of your artwork. If you want the cut to follow something other than the outline, describe it in the order notes and we will look at it during artwork review.

Sizes and runs
Small runs are the point
Anything up to 500 pieces prices instantly. Above that, a person quotes it.
No die charge, no plate fee
Minimum order: 10 stickers or $10.
Whichever one you reach first. Ten small stickers qualify even if they total less than ten dollars, and one larger sticker qualifies on value alone.
It means the sticker is cut to the shape of the design, not to a rectangle. A circle logo comes back a circle. A mascot comes back the mascot's outline, with no leftover material around it.
No, it is a free choice either way. A border helps when your design has thin extremities or colors close to the surface it sticks to. Skip it if your artwork already has a heavy outline.
Yes. White is the default. You can pick from 11 preset colors or enter your own hex value, and there is no charge for either.
No. We generate the contour from your artwork. If you have a specific cut path in mind that does not simply follow the outline, put it in the order notes and we will look at it during artwork review.
Neither side goes below 1 inch. That is a production limit. Below an inch, the cut path around most artwork stops being reliable and fine detail in the design stops being readable.
Usually, yes. Long thin shapes, shapes with holes in the middle, and shapes with narrow connecting sections are all possible, but they behave differently on the cutter. Send the file and we will tell you during review if the shape needs an adjustment.
