That is the entire calculation: a size, a count, and the price each. There is no separate charge for the cut line, and the number of colors in the design does not move it.

That is a qualifying line, not a price floor, so a small run is not pushed up to some minimum charge. A dozen decals for a single squad is a real order and is priced the same way a boxed run is: a size, the price for that quantity, times the count.

Who tends to be ordering

The team manager is the most common. One design, one squad, an order sized to the roster with a margin for the ones that get lost, and a preference for settling the whole thing in a single conversation rather than five.

The parent handling it for someone else comes next. Somebody volunteered, somebody has the logo in an email attachment from an old season, and the useful thing we can do is open that file and tell you plainly whether it will print cleanly at the size you want.
