Whoever ends up running the table. Sometimes the person placing the order is not in the band at all. You want a design that reads from a couple of feet away and a count that will not run out halfway through the night. The artist working from a drawing. You have an ink sketch, not a vector file. Scan it or photograph it as large and as evenly lit as you can manage, and send that. A bold drawing with a clear outer boundary is the easiest to turn into a cut shape.
